Using the Start menu

The Start menu accesses the Knowledge Builder Developer.

Prerequisites

You have installed Knowledge Builder version 4.3 or later on a computer running Windows.
You are logged onto the Knowledge Builder Client computer with Administrator privileges.

Considerations

You are familiar with interacting with dialog boxes on a computer running Windows.
You have defined your bookset strategy that considers:

A bookset name for the bookset you are creating
The files (books) that will be included in bookset

Use the following procedure to launch the Knowledge Builder Developer:


1	Click the Start -> Honeywell -> Knowledge Builder Tools -> KB Developer. A splash screen appears and quickly disappears.
2	The Knowledge Builder Developer launches.

3	This completes the launching Knowledge builder Developer procedure. Go to the next applicable function section in this document.
